Hi my phone cannot answer any calls.i cant change the settings,and everytime i open it it is calling a number on the phone that i did not touch.and my keys pads dont work.

I dont know what you mean by call list or messages but if you got to a website call 4shared.com you will be able to search a program called mototriage. this program will read the phones esn phone number passwords and completely test the entire phone... It is really hard to get it set up properly though. Make sure you read any read me files that may come with the download.
