You can find these fuses at the Littlefuse web site and look for Part Number: 0215008 it will also give a list of distributers like Newark where you can buy them on line for about $1.00 each.

I have a vizio vw32l hdtv20a it dont turn on now the vizio light is amber when plugged in turns white when you press the power button but the screen stays black as it does when its off NOT black as when...

If you lost the control when trying to use the switches on the TV, it means that the Main board is not functioning, this can be due to bad processor, bad unsteady DC. The main board send the ON signals to the Power supply and the backlights inverter board.
You should inspect the power supply module first since unstable DC can cause a lot of problem, if the voltages and components checked out OK , then you may ahve to change the main board. It will require in-depth troubleshooting to really narrow down the cause of the problem.
Please read my guide first to see if you will want to DIY repair or not.

VIZIO VW32L HDTV20A Cracked screen.

I have checked with my distributor of Vizio parts and the panel isnot offered as a replacement part. It may be available to authorized service centers. Call an authorized service center and inquire. Be prepared to find that the replacement panel cost may be close to a replacement set cost.
