If the phone is still functional (lights come on, displays light up), it is most likely a service provider issue. Try seeing if you can dial out an essential number such as an emergency contact. If this fails, take the phone to your local service provider store and have them look up your account. It is a possibility that they froze it for a specific reason. They sould be able to further troubleshoot your phone with you as well.
