Take the basket out and check the balance rings for water accumulation. Punch small holes through the balance rings to drain the water if there's any.

This washer has 4 rods that hold it in suspension. One of them 4 rods might be broken or simply jumped the track. I have a service manual that is not your exact one but it shows how to get into the machine so you can check them rods. TECH MANUAL

1) There's a piece of clothing stuck between the inner basket and outer tub.
2) The tub is not floating freely, usually because it's seized to the drive shaft by rust and crudus; FYI: this condition is almost always caused by using non-HE detergent in this washer. Also, be aware that, if this is the case, it can be very difficult to remove the basket from a badly corroded drive shaft, could even be a two-man job. And be careful you don't wrench your back
3) Their is a updated machine control unit (computer) with new software that also helps minimize this concern

Hi, if your washing machine is unbalanced and stop spinning without clothes inside, then you have a problem with the internal components of the machine which can most likely be the machine drum or the belt and in most cases you need to replace both. If you are not technically inclined, please call in a service man to fix it. And remember kindergarten rule #1 "If in doubt, don't" with everything that is potentially dangerous. Electricity kills so a service repair bill may be a better solution.
