Air conditioning does not get cold

If the A/C comes on but simply does not get cold, you will have to "charge" your system. As long as there are no leaks and no other problems, this will fix your system.

I hope this helps,

Honeywell thermostat blows cold air on heat

Thermostats don't actually blow anything, the heating system might though. Check the breakers for your heat system, then call a heating specialist. They're really not that expensive.

should have 24 volts @ t-stat. if tis is a boiler system it could have air in the zone that stays cold. bleed the radiator out and this should get the heat into the area you want.

And if what jumptrout51 said does not work, remove the thermostat to expose the wiring and place a jumper between (R) and (Y).

Make sure that the outdoor unit is on. If it is on, then check to hear if both the big black compressor is running as well as the fan. If both are running then feel the fat copper pipe that comes out of the unit. If it is not cold and sweaty then your system is probably very low on refrigerant. If the line shows evidence of icing, it could still be a little low. Although icing can be the result of 4or 5 other problems as well.
