Question about Computers & Internet
Sounds like you are missing an Audio driver (*no pun intended*)...check your device manager.
Right click on "My Computer"
You should see something in there that has a question mark or yield sign by it, indicating a missing driver. (Most likely Sound, Video, and game Controllers)
If it does show a driver missing, go to your manufacturers website (ie. hp.com, dell.com) and download/install the driver from there. IF you need assistance please let me know and I can walk you thru it.
