Question about Computers & Internet
Go to Acer.com and click on Support; put your model number in (and perhaps, serial number) and you will be able to order a DVD with all the software that was factory installed on your PC. It will cost somewhere over $100.
Alternatively, you can download Macrium Reflect - Free Version and install it. You must be connected to the Internet when you install to get the free license. Connect an external USB hard drive and Reflect will make you a disk image of all of your installed software as well as all of your word, picture, music and video files. If you have a computer or hard drive failure, you will be able to reload everything onto a new hard drive or computer. You can buy an external USB hard drive for about $85 and everyone should backup their hard drive anyway.
