Question about HP Color LaserJet 3500 Printer
Have a problem with an hp 3500 and the drum keeps picking up overflow toner from the toner pick-up or what ever you might call it... took the whole thing apart... seems like there are some oil smudges on it from previous owner... how can i completely clean the drum and get it to stop printing toner streeks...
--im desperate and printing a direct mail ad.... please help
Sorry for the delay the stain is more likely to be the charge roller that has the smudge. or that the transfer is faulty. Replace the relevant part. Transfer is the black belt unit attached to the fron cover.
