There can be many ways to Unlock your phone. As far as i know unlocking by codes is the simple and safe way. I will suggest the website Unlock-Zone.com which is doing good service and they were recommended highly in the cell phone forums. I used them to unlock my cell phone. contacted them and within 30 mins i had my unlock code and my phone was unlocked. Hope this helps.

make sure u have active gprs connection from your service provider ,if yes , then ask your servive provider for APN name ,note it down , now go to manage connections in your htc phone ,edit coneections ,u can leave all the field blank except the apn field type in the apn name ,save that , reboot ur phone and start surfing
Please activate a gprs services in your mobile and get GPRS settings on your phone from your service provider. If you want settings then please let me know which is the service provider you are using and which is the GPRS plan you have activated and i will provide necessary information for HTC P3450 as it is not compatible for automatic settings so you have to do manual settings in your mobile.
