Question about Timex Watches
The button switches could have some dust or oxidation, and need cleaning. I would suggest taking it in to a jeweler and have them clean the button switches and ensure the battery contacts are clean, also.
You can do this yourself if you have the expertise, but otherwise I would recommend taking the watch into a reputable jeweler.

Now, look up the model number, or if you cannot find that, check the three-digit Module Number from the back of the watch. Click on it in the Module Table, and download a PDF of your watch setting-instructions/manual.
