I have issues every time I remove the battery. Under settings there is an option for USB mode. The default mode does not seem to recognize the device as a file storage device. Try the other USB option and you may have more luck (Again, the USB option is found on the MPC player, not on thecomputer)
You can download it by
left click the file you want to download and click copy then go to the mp3 folder and left click and paste and it should download into the mp3 player!

you just have to dowlaod "Realplayer" in ur computer and when you open youtube it will say at the top if you want to dowload songs ..i hope it was helpful for you :D
you can try free program called glary utilities. It can undelete files (Privacy&Security --> File Undelete --> select drive where you deleted files, with a litle luck there are your files )
For the most part all the onse that we've had have been doomed, either a cold soder joint or a volume key sinking into the body and sticking at zero. The battery coil may be out of place, so try bending that back in place. If nlot, I don't know what's wrong.
