Question about Cell Phones
Nokia classifies this as a soft error. This is not an isolated incident with this type of phone which leads me to believe its no a provider issue. Download Nokia PC Suite and run the program with your phone connected to a computer. Run a soft reset of the phone itself. If this does not work Isolate the issue by resetting applications and processes individually. If your phone is still under warranty it might be easier to take it to your service provider and see if they can update/reset the phone themselves.
