not only do you need the nozzles....you will need the spring changed in the gas valve and a manometer to set the proper gas pressure output from the valve. If you change the jets only you could do alot of damage to your furnace.

SOURCE: Vermont Casting Radiance Gas Stove (RUVSOD) NG to Propane (LP)

Unfortunaletly, due to the delicate nature of vent-free appliances, you'll find that most are not field convertable. If the vent free appliance were to lose its efficiency, you would be subjected to high levels of CO, carbon monoxide, and could likely die. Therefore, field conversion is not recommended and in this case, not possible. Vermont Castings does not provide parts to convert and if they did you would be essentially replacing the entire unit short of the outer cast shell. I wish you luck.

You need a conversion kit. The igniter orifices are different for LP. Go to the stove store and ask for one for your model.

How do I convert my rheem water heater from lp to natural gas model#21vp40-1p

Call Rheem
Generally the company does not support changing type of gas since propane burns much hotter and has more pressure than natural gas.
You need different gas control valve, and need cast iron burner and orifice than matches that specific gas control valve.

New BBQ chaged from propane to NG

Hello. The conversion of any gas appliance usually requires changing orifices, regulator and burner. Then once those changes are made you can adjust the gas flow. The difference in the orifices is this.
Natural gas orifices are larger than liquid propane orifices simply because the gas pressure for the natural gas is lower.

I would double check to be sure that you have installed the correct orifice. Also, you can adjust the amount of gas by turning the orifice in or out, using that socket.

if you know a lot about it you could convert it your self....you need to get rid of the Propane regulator....you need a Natural Gas Valve and you need to change the orifices....should be stamped on the rating plate the size of orifice for natural gas....I wouldn't recommend you do it yourself unless you have a license....or as I said know a lot about it...I wouldn't have a problem doing it in my own house...however you run into Insurance implications should anything happen if it's not an approved kit from the mfg.

Trouble with waterheater

DO NOT USE THIS HEATER UNTIL IT HAS BEEN CHECKED OUT BY A PROFESSIONAL!

Most all gas appliances can use propane or natural gas, but they ship from the factory with orifices for one or the other.

Propane is rated at 11 iwg, natural gas at 7 iwg (where iwg=inches water gauge. 27 iwg=1 psig) (it takes a different regulator spring to handle this small difference in pressure.

A propane orifice will be smaller than a natural gas orifice.

The store that you bought the water heater should know what they sold you, and know if they have a kit to convert the regulator and orifices.
