Question about Computers & Internet
This is a driver problem. The tablet worked fine on the first computer as it was probably Windows XP and the computer you are trying to use the tablet on now is a Vista or Windows7 pc. You need to go to the Twinbridge Chinese Pen Tablet web site and click on Support, then Downloads. Then put in your Model number and download the driver for your operating system; Win7, Vista, XP, Linex or Mac Os.

the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
