Question about RCA D52W20 52" Rear Projection HDTV-Ready Television
At first it just had a distorted pic when it was turned on after a while it would clear up. then one day i turned it off and now it acts like it's going to turn on but no pic comes up it just clicks on then goes off after about 3 sec.
How do you get the board removed ... i have the back off and don't want to destroy anything ... think this is my issues also

Just recantly got same tv give to me and had the same problem i am by far a tv tech but i tore into it anyways. finally found the problem and ive read about alot of the same tvs having similar problem so i was thinking might be a factory fault. if you take off back panel look on left side there will be a circuit panel and in the bottom left area there is a small grey box not sure what it is.
the numbers on mine are R73 kp F4 QR21520 0087 fh 2000 vdc
might not be that exact order. but i removed the board and looked at the bottom of it and found a bad solder spot i just bent the wire to get connection and mine works
hope this helps

It could be a blown fuse , check that 1st - you have to pull open the back of tv to find it- but if it is the fuse its only 2 bucks to fix
