You can import address book contacts from other Microsoft Windows® Address Book files (.wab), as well as from Netscape Communicator, Microsoft Exchange Personal Address Book, or any text (.csv) file.
For Windows Address Book
1.
On the File menu, point to Import, and then click Address Book.
2.
Select the address book or file type you want to import, and then click Open.
For All Other Address Book Formats
1.
On the File menu, point to Import, and then click Other Address Book.
2.
Click the address book or file type you want to import, and then click Open.
If your address book is not listed, you can export it to either a text (.csv) file or a Lightweight Directory Access Protocol (LDAP) or Lightweight Directory Interchange Format (LDIF) file, and then import it using that file type.
you have 2 options. you can load them directly in your "address book" by going into your address book, menu button (bb icon left of trackball), select "New Address" and enter the info. Option 2 , would be going into your address book, select "SIM phone book" and enter the info there. Keep in mind, when you use the SIM phone book option, you can only enter their name and phone number, and after you are done, you have to import your SIM contacts to your address book. Any contacts saved using the SIM option, will stay on your SIM card. Any contacts using the Address Book option, will only remain on the phone, and not on your sim card. ho[pe this helps!
Hi, You can import phone data from a Subscriber Identity Module (SIM) card to the address book application on your BlackBerry smartphone.
Contacts in the address book can be saved to the SIM card individually. You cannot import data from the address book to the SIM card. To import a single contact, complete the following steps: 1)On the BlackBerry smartphone Home screen, open the Address Book. 2) Display the menu and select SIM Phone Book. The SIM phone book is loaded. 3) Select the contact you want to import, then select Add to Address Book. 4) In the New Address screen, add any additional information. Import all contacts, complete the following steps: 1) On the BlackBerry smartphone Home screen, open the Address Book. 2) Display the menu and select SIM Phone Book. The SIM phone book is loaded. 3) Display the menu and select Copy All To Address Book. 4) Go back to the Address Book and make sure all the entries are displayed. After adding information to ddress book you can able to veiw contact list, I hope this information will be helpfull.
My wife and I just bought an iPhone and wanted
to transfer our contacts from our Samsung i500 Palm phone.
All the instructions I found online suggested going through
Outlook, but that didn't work for me for a variety of
reasons.
I found this other method that worked really well.
Bring up Palm Desktop. Make sure your Palm phone
is
sync'ed up. Show the Address page, select all
contacts
(Ctrl-A), and export them with File, Export
vCard...
This puts all contact information into a single file as a
sequence
of vCards.
Bring up Windows Address Book. You can find this in
Start, All Program, Accessories, Address Book.
Using Windows Explorer, drag the vCard file you
created in step
1 to the Windows Address Book window. I had never used
Windows
Address Book, so it was empty. If yours isn't empty, you'll
have
to decide whether you want to merge your contacts.
When you drop the file, you'll get a window asking you
to
confirm the first contact. Press OK. Another window will
come up
for the second contact. Press OK until all windows are gone.
It's
easiest to hold down the Enter key.
Bring up iTunes with your iPhone plugged in. Go
to your
iPhone page, to the Info tab, and configure it to sync
from
Windows Address Book. Click Apply in the
lower-right corner
of the window.
Sync your iPhone. Verify that your contacts
transferred over.
Tell iTunes to stop sync'ing with Windows Address Book,
since you probably only wanted a one-way sync. Your contacts
will be backed up anyway by iTunes, so the Address Book sync
feature doesn't buy you much.
OR
Sync your palm to outlook, then sync your outlook to your iPhone. It'll
grab the outlook contacts and calendar.

2) on the screen touch on "Address book Settings"
3) touch on "one touch buttons"
4) touch on an empty block

6) touch on "e-mail"

10) touch on "ok"
repeat steps 4 - 10 to add more addresses. or touch on "done" 4 times to exit the menus.
