Question about Dymo LetraTAG Thermal Label Printer
Part of the thermal printhead is either bad or is dirty. Get a Q-tip or any cotton swab and wet it with some alcohol. Rub the print head clean with it, it probably has some black gunk stuck on it, most likely from the glue of a bad label.
