Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.

Ninja stopped working

Our Ninja 1100 also stopped during blending.
We set it aside and chopped manually.
Next day tried it again - it works.
Reason: motor probably has overheating protection. Must wait until motor cools down enough to re-start. So don't overload or overwork it.

If you have no electrical ability best take it to "the man" Solution is only going to be found by opening it up and testing circuits.

After blending cake batter the blender became hot and it's not working what shall I do

You have burnt up the machine. It will no longer function and would be unsafe to try further. Replace it.

Why wont my kitchenaid foodprocessor start?

Take the bowl off, turn it on in the centre at the front where the base of the handle would normally be there is a light coloured button/plastic piece. Push it in with a matchstick. If the motor now starts then you have a problem with the safety switching mechanism in either the bowl or the lid. It is more often the lid. The only solution is to replace the faulty part. Easiest is go to a service agent and buy whichever part solves the problem.

My ninja blender motor starts but the blades don't turn

As stated earlier it could be the shaft needs lubing, remove the bottom part of the blender blade... the rubber thing that engages on the motor. I started with WD-40 and worked some lithium grease into it. Spins like new now.
