Question about Audiovox PPC 6700
As episkipos said, hold the two softkeys on the front of the phone (the two with - on them, above the start/end buttons). Then insert the stylus or a pen into the hole on the left side of the bottom of the phone (to the left of the charging port). After you do this, you will be asked to confirm your choice to hard reset.
Remember, ALL DATA WILL BE LOST IN A HARD RESET. So I would suggest making a backup of your data, and saving your contacts.

Press the two - buttons on either side of the windows and ok buttons while at the same time take the stylus and poke it in the hole at the bottom of the phone on the left of the usb jack.
