The little blue gear - not the one attached to the rear axle - is easy to fall off when the axle is removed, but easy to put on - if you know the trick. Once the rear axle is off, gently pry the chassis from the body using a flat screwdriver and prying between the tab on the bottom and the body. The body will snap from the chassis. Now, on the drive ('driver', for the USA) side, you'll see a small black nub (actually the drive gear attached to the motor) next to a small silver stub. The blue gear that fell off goes on that silver stub. Here's the trick...angle the blue gear so that it engages the black stub/gear 1st, then push the blue gear onto to the silver stub. If you try to get the blue gear attached without angling it, the black stub/gear blocks the reassembly. Carefully turn the car over, attach the axle with the wheels/tires, then reassemble the chassis/body. Good to go!

What is the voltage of transformer of crest audio vs450

Power Supply (factory configured): 100V-240V, 50-60Hz

You should only need a standard power cord (like the one that fits the back of a computer).

Hi. I am looking for a schematic for DBX 1231?

I downloaded them once. I don't remember from where.
I probably still have the file at home, but I don't really want to post my email. There's a separate identical power supply circuit for each side, if you swap them and the problem doesn't swap sides, then both power supplies are good.
More likely the bypass relay for that side is dirty and blocking signal.
They pass the signal unchanged when the unit is turned off.
They are little boxes on the in/out connector board and can't be cleaned because they have no openings. If you can solder, it's a relatively straight forward fix. The challenge is finding replacement relays that operate on the same voltage and have the same pin configuration. If you do replace them do both sides, because they are the same age and you want to fix this problem only once and have both sides the same.

Good day to all,can i ask some help about my automatic voltage regulator 1500Watts using a servo type transformer to identify the wiring connection in the primary?,,thank you!

If the transformer is still in the mixer you should be able to trace out the primary by using an ohm meter or continuity tester. connect the meter to one side of the power connector and probe the leads on the transformer til you get a hit mark that wire and continue until you get another hit and that is the other primary.

Can only guess what it sounds like...but....if you've eliminated a bad tire( and it's not exhaust noise)....and it only occurs when you are moving...and gets worse as you speed up... it's likely the front wheel bearing assembly. This problem, if ignored, gets louder and has a dull distinctive grinding sound (like a bald tire driving on small gravel).

A rear wheel bearing assembly on the van will give little notice at highway speeds and can fail badly and leave the tire and wheel loose and it can totally destroy the wheelwell, axle and tire.

Neither should be ignored. Be safe.

Good day...My unit works 100%...i just wanna know why the two vertical red lines on the display flashes. Never did it before. Any reason for this ?

The 2 larger power supply capacitors need replacing.
These are prone to leaking on this particular model and cause
the display to flicker.
Depending on how bad the leakage, if you take the lid off you
may see evidence of this around where the power transformer lead
plugs into the main PCB.

The dislay flickers SH GE90.technics .it seems to be a common fault.. can this be fixed

replace the 3 electrolytic capacitors in the power supply section near where the lead from the transformer connects to.
they're sat side by side.
you may notice only 1 might be leaky but replace all 3 for good measure.

i've had quite a few with exactly the same fault and all were cured by replacing the above.

hope this helps?

I will charge my zip zap but wen i try control it it wont move

Hi,

The transformers are maybe glued to the PCB.
Please watch out that it isn't a double sided PCB.
You can try to slip a thin object under the transformers, then you can feel if there is any glue.

Good luck,
Gerard

The fuse will do nothing in regards to protecting from such a voltage surge. The fuse is only good for minor power issues. Not stepping down the voltage is not a minor issue, and more than likely the transformer blew.

At this stage, you'll need to have it repaired by an service technician. This way they can test for any other damage to the unit.

repair the transformers,,,using a digital voltmeter when both transfrormer are good the measure like 56 ohms, if one is good and the other is bad is gonna measure like 120 ohms , if both are damage it will measure nothing, all this with the switch in its on stage.

If you dont find anyone that can repair the transformers buy them.
