goto safe mode by tapping the <F8> key during system startup,
choose admin account
once on the desktop click run an type MSCONFIG in the quick serach box hit <ENTER> key
in the general tab of the window that popsup select "selective startup" and then disselect "load startup items" hit OK button and restart when prompted
let it work and see if you are abe to login
