Question about Intel Motherboard
First remove all the addon compnents including the hdd compact disk memory etc check the power conector for loose contact remove your processor fan and clean the surface of the processor and the heatsink apply thin coating of heatsink solvent and place the heatsink firmly on the mother board restart ur computer if the system work continusly and you hear beeps clean ur memory contacts with an erasor clean the surface with a dry cloth and insert firmly in the memory slot if still the fan is just instalating mean dead power section in your motherboard contact a chiplevel service person
