    Look at the back of the computer tower. Specifically look at the Power Supply. (Where the power cord plugs in) See if there is a slide switch that states 110 - 220. You slide it to 220. I believe Australia may have a different plug that goes into the receptacle also. A different shape. Just buy a power cord that fits. Pretty cheap

    Good Call Joe! I pulled the power supply cord out and put flash light in there and it says 10A/250V. Thre is not a switch, but I recon I just need to replace the receptacle and plug and I should be good go!

    Thanks!

Read the Cisnet AC adapter. It should say input:120-240V, 50-60Hz to work with 240v power anywhere in the world. You just need an outlet adapter for the country you're in.

May 25th my CISnet computer would not start Windows, a file was missing. I did not have my Windows CD so I let the CISnet do the Restore. Can I undo the change after my CISnet computer restore to original...

Try the following;

1. Press "Start" on your Cisnet computer's desktop screen. Scroll up to "Accessories," then hover over "System Tools." Click on "System Restore."

2. Click the option that allows you to select a different restore point, rather than using the default restore point. The program will display a calendar.

3. Select a specific point to restore your Cisnet computer to by choosing a date from the calendar display. Click the "Next" button to confirm, then click "Finish" to close out system restore. Your Cisnet computer will restart and open with the selected settings.

Be sure that you do not unplug your Cisnet computer while running system restore because it will need sufficient battery life to complete the program.

I have a Cisnet model C-28 desktop computer. The power supply fan is making a whining noise. I cleaned and oiled it but it is still making noise. Can it be replaced? Where can I get one?

These fans are available from computer stores. They are all 12 volt and come in various sizes to suit you power supply case. The fan simply snaps into place.

Cisnet contact

Looks like you are running Microsoft XP Home SP2.
If you recently bought the computer (just over 30 days ago) you might be getting this message because you need to activate windows.
Look on your start menu under system tools for an "activate windows" icon and follow the prompts.

For Manufacturer contact information.

Remember, your computer is under a 1 year warranty.
