Question about Computers & Internet
Most hp laptops have a little door on the bottom that covers the ram chips. Look up your laptop at www.hp.com to find out what kind of ram it uses and what the maximum ram capacity is on it. After that you can order ram online or purchase it at a local pc or electronics store and replace it. Usually it involves removing the aforementioned door with a screw driver and gently pulling the lock-in pins apart to remove the old chips and replace with the new ones. Good luck and let me know if you have anymore questions.
