Hi
when you change the part on the power supply did you check that the voltage is the same as it should be.
maybe there is no voltage to the protection unit in this case the Amp will not power on
if you want to fix the Amp let me know

Yamaha home theatre system RXV 350 amplifier

Check it without speaker connection. If the set does not go to protection mode, check all the speakers by connecting one by one at a time and switch the set ON; to find the faulty speaker. If the set goes to protection mode even no speaker connected, check and replace damaged components at its audio output section circuit. If you wish to get some details; check the site linked here. Is it possible to connect two jacks simulteanously to a speaker like S115 or SW118 coming from 2 different channels of a power amplifier like P5000S' please advise thanks

the s115 and p5000s are power matched for a single channel.
IE - the s115 is rated at 500W and the p5000s is 500W PER CHANNEL.
If you're trying to drive a left/right signal into a single speaker, you need to mix the left right signals together at the input side, and put the mix into a single channel of the amp, and then into the speaker from that one channel.

The other option is to have 2 s115's - one on each channel.

CAN I CONNECT BOTH MONITORS AND SPEAKERS (S215 AND SM'S) TO A YAMAHA P5000S AMP?

You could use this amp as effectively 2 separate mono amplifiers - using one channel to power the monitors and one to power the main speakers.
Alternatively you can run the amp in stereo connecting one set of speakers to the neutrik outputs and one to the jack outputs. In this case the amp output will be shared equally between the two sets of speakers, which are in parallel, and the combined impedance must be not less than 4 ohms.

The amp just quit. will not power back up.

Ok there is a few steps to check in this case.
1. Make sure the positive cable is secured proply on the battery termnial also while you are there as well check to make sure the fuse on the positive cable isn't blown.

2.Make sure your ground cable is secured proply down on the frame of the car or if you are runing a negitive cable back to the battery(the same apply,s as step 1 - less the fuse).

3.Check to make sure the remote turn on cable is not lose on the amp connection.

Hope this will help a bit.

Playing my music, then amp goes out? anyway to fix it?

Looks to me like u are having a power problem. Check if power is going to your amp, if yes, check the fuse on the amp. If ok, check the powersupply section for any damage components and replace.
