You can just type "EM-" (without quotes) in the search box at the Sanyo (Panasonic) support site here.
Check a few of the first results to see if they're close enough to help you.

The first step is to unplug it from the wall for a few minutes then try again.
In case it helps, model EM-S5595 is unlocked by holding the Stop/Clear button as in the photo below.
If that does not do it, try Sano/Fisher Service at http://sanyoservice.com/ .
You may also have a keypad or control board problem.
