If your iphone is 3.1.2 firmware download blackra1n @ www.blackra1n.com. make sure your iphone is plugged in. Open up blackra1in. Have you tried replacing the batteries?

either uninstall ur itunes and then download the latest setup from itunes.com and then reinstall and then try or else try from anyother pc with the latest itunes or else take it 2 apple service cente and tell them 2 update ur iphone wid the latest software and firmware
