I'm trying to find a user manual for a phillips tv, 28pw 9513, but i don't seem to have any luck. any ideas where i could try?

you will need to tuned every channel then save it to the memory. you can use the user manual of your tv for instructions. if you don't have user manual i'll try find from you, just give me the model of your tv.

Thats most likely a CRT coolant issue where you will need to remove and replace the coolant in the CRTs ( picture Tunes) Thats a very common problem with Phillips rear projection. You can get the phillips CRT coolant kit from www.tvrepairworld.com which contains the coolant for a 3 CRTs and the CD with instructions.

YOU GET INTO INSTALLATION MENU WITH USUAL REMOTE THAT COMES WITH THE UNIT
PRESS 3-1-9-7-5-3 MUTE WHICH GETS YOU INTO THE INSTALLATION MENU WHERE YOU CAN DO YOUR TUNING ETC.

What is the model number of the Apex TV you are using this remote for?
The CK5G-C1 remote was supplied only with model AT3208S TV. It will require no code when used with that model. If trying to use it with any other model TV, you can try the other Apex TV codes found in the AT3208s user's manual that can be found in .pdf format at : http://www.apexdigitalinc.com/manual/AT3208S.pdf
