Machine just stopped working. dead

Hi
If the machine is less than 4 years old there are reset buttons on the outside edge of the boiler. There are 2 wires going to 2 thermostats. In between the wires on the thermostats are reset buttons. 1 on each thermostat. They are hard to get to but they might restore you machine. if not it could be your PCB board.
If its older than 4 years there is a reset button on the back of the boiler with just 1 thermostat. Reset button between the wires again.

Where is the bobbin reset button? I'm working on

The reset button should be a silver button smaller than a dime on the bed of the machine. if you were looking at the machine as you would while sewing the button would be half way between the needle and the innermost part of the throat. Push and hold the button then turn the main pully backwards it should stop and the turn it forwards and the ball bearing should drop in place. you may have to let go of the button on that one when you start turning it forward.

Phantom jams & button undetection

Sounds like a button may be stuck or something. Reset machine by powering off, press and hold start button at same time while powering machine back up. Hold the start button down for a few seconds and release. This should help. Let me know if it does not and I may be able to walk you through another bit harder reset.
