compressor comes on fan will not. I replaced the fan motor,it worked fine once on the test run. put it all back together tried it again, compressor comes on fan will not. Tried spinning while power was on nothing?

- motor will not run when you turn it to fan. I tried spinning it will power was on it felt like some of the coils where on and some where not, motor felt like it was sticking in one spot. With power off it spins freely.

- i have a penguin duo therm roof a/c at an rv. fan motor got hot and was spinning low. changed motor, it spins free, but will not turn at low, medium, high speed, just humms, gets hot. will change capacitor, hope this helps- Guest

- Compressor runs and fan does not. Replaced capacitor and still had problem. Checked voltage through relay board and there is 115 vac coming from both hi and lo outputs from board at the same time. Is this correct?
all fuses good. I believe camper was subjected to a lightning strike. could problem be in the thermostat?- depdawg

- the commpressor runs fan will not.replaced fan motor and run capacitor still will not run.I can hear relay click on hi position only.- Guest

Sounds like 1 of 3. Blower motor capacitor, relay or thermostat. Try to run fan only if that is an option and see.
