Can you please check if the remote handset is this?

• Connect the system to the electrical current.
• Press the button M and of the remote control and keep them pressed down for at least
• The clock digits show the first configuration item (rAdr = remote address) and the temperature
digits show the default value of the respective configuration item (Ab = control of both indoor
• Press the button M repeatedly until "ASt " appears.
• Press the buttons ∧ or ∨ to change the default value (OF) to the new value (ON).
• Press the button to send the new configuration to the unit.
• Press the button to exit the configuration menu.

If no button is pressed for 30 seconds, the remote control automatically exits the

Assuming you have an XP PC you do not need software. Simply plus the supplied lead into the camera and plug the big and into a convenient USB port on the computer. Switch the camera on and wet the upload control withing a short time a screen will appear asking what do you want to do with the picture. select a folder= My pictures or create a new one. and the press next and next etc., following the instructions If this does not happen after a while go to My Computer- a new drive should have appeared called 'E' if you have the normal A C D configuration or another drive letter if you other drives active,

have you ever check the batteries,try to replace a new one.or if not function after replacing
try to clean the pads behind in any button of your remote.doing this open your remote there are quick lock in the side of your remote,use flat screw driver to loosen this be carefull to break the
lock,try to cleran the rubber pads by cotton buds
to remove oily debris and on circuit board if you have an eracer in pencil try to rub this gradually
until carbonize element disappear.then put back
