I, too, need a replacement "Coffee Tank Filter Screen". The product manual states on the page with how to clean the coffee tank filter screen, "To order replacement filters" order online at "hbaccessories.com". The part is not there! Why would Hamilton Beach manufacture such a small, easily losable (down
the garbage disposable) part and not have it as easy to purchase as a
    water filter?

I just bought a new brew station a week ago - tiny little coffee tank filter screen fell into the disposal, can't find replacement anywhere. Very frustrating.

I have the same problem...my mother in law cleaned the coffee maker out and down the disposal the coffee tank screen went. I can't find it a site that offers a replacement. Love the coffee maker, not happy with the lack of help from Hamilton Beach.

I have also put my filter screen down the garbage disposal. You would not believe how many different coffee makers I have been through. I have yet to find a reliable well made one. I checked the Kenwood sight and don't see the part I'm looking for.
I have checked all kinds of places on the internet. No luck!

Yep,I just found my filter screen in the disposal a minute ago. Funny thing is, I made my coffee this morning not knowing it wasn't in place, and would have never known it had I not run the disposal and heard that awful, oops, someithing is in there that shouldn't be noise. I got online to see if I could find a new one and came across this site. I still have my instruction booklet that came with my machine and the phone number given to call HB for assistance is 800-851-8900. Since it's Sunday, I am going to wait and call them tomorrow. But just wanted to let everyone know, it doesn't mean you can't keep making fine coffee in your BrewStation in the meantime w/o it!

This is so hilarious... I also lost my screen in the Garbage disposal. It is very aggravating. And no luck searching for parts.

I also lost my tank screen in the garbage disposal and have had no luck on the internet finding a replacement. However, I did find my owners manual and called Hamilton Beach customer service (1-800-851-8900). They are sending me a replacement( first time replacement courtesy) that should arrive in 10-12 days. I'll let you know but I was very happy about the "free" part.

I did the same thing with the garbage disposal and have been looking everywhere for the part. I'm going to call that number Monday. Thanks for the tip.

I found this site that calls it a "permanent dispencing filter" but the small print says that it is the small domed filter that sits on the bottom of the tank so I sounds like the same as the filter screen. FYI, there is a pricing conflict when you click on the part. The part link shows that it's $4.99 but when you select the part or try to order it, it comes up as $5.99. Here's the link http://abtecparts.com/hamilton_beach_brew_station_filters.htm

I will probably still call HB tomorrow and see what the want for it before I buy.

Called HB...They are the only place to order the filter in the coffee res. The water filter is available at Bed Bath and Beyond or thru them.

Hi,

The machine looks like a Kenwoon Brewmaster. I think you can use the same filter that they have.

The spare part number for this are:

KW683747 - Permanent filter basket (Round in the bottom)
KW684868 - Permanent filter basket (V in the bottom)

Try to find a store that selling Kenwood and try this.

Hope this can help you

Try contacting Hamilton Beach directly to obtain a manual, but a service manual may be difficult to get. An appliance parts supplier may be able to help if you bring your BrewStation in and indicate which parts need replacing

Brewstation is leaking.

I have the same problem. I just called Hamilton Beach and gave them the model and serial numbers. They are sending me a new "gasket" complimentary but she said if that doesn't work, I'll have to order a whole new coffee tank.

My hamilton beach brewstation is leaking.

There is a spring between the lever and the o-ring. It may have popped out when you cleaned the pot. That has happened to me before. The spring is necessary to hold the seal down until the lever is pushed.

I have a Hamilton Beach Brew Station Deluxe coffee maker that has been leaking from the bottom of the unit with almost every pot that is made.

http://forumappliances.com/images/Hamilton%20Beach/Hamilton%20Beach%20Parts/Hamilton%20Beach%20P-990021600.jpg

IF BY BOTTOM YOU MEAN BOTTOM OF THE POT, YOU'LL LIKELY NEED A REPLACEMENT POT (CALLED A TANK). REPLACEMNT PARTS YOU NEED ARE NO WHERE TO BE FOUND BY ME AND I HAVE LOOKED FOR HOURS.

Might want to call to assure this will work in your model Brewstation.
This vendor is in canada. $9 CDN is cheap enough.

It's called a tank, not a pot. $9 CDN. Haven't been able to find in US yet. This is very hard to belive considering they make so many small appliances I think HB is not making parts available intentially to get consuners to buy again. Not sure this is smart.
