Not really. and we're not Best Buy. You would be looking for a wireless printer hub. Best one I recommend is from

usually, those are available through other retailers.

Cant seem to get my printer working from my laptop

First off, it is best to make sure that the printer is seen on the network. To do this you will need to printer out a wireless network test report. Please follow the instructions below for printer a Wireless Network Test.

1) Press the right arrow button
2) Press the setup icon (wrench with the gear)
3) Scroll through the options and select Wireless Menu
4) Scroll through the options and select Print Wireless Test Report.

When the test report prints, does anything on the test show as failing? The IP address that is listed on the page. Take this IP address, open your internet browser that you use. Type the IP address into the address bar of the browser, and select go/enter. Does your printers page appear?

As well what version of Windows are you currently running?

I have an HP LaserJet printer 4050N with RJ45 and Parallel Port. The Printer is kind of far from the WireLess router and I can't connect it. Unfortunately, my PC doesn't have a parallel port. The best...

Another option is to find an old laptop, with "wireless" capabilities and a Parallel Port.

Connect the printer to the laptop.

Connect the laptop to your wireless network.

Tell the laptop to "share" the printer.

Then, any computer on your network can "find" the networked printer, and can print to it.

How do I set up to print wirelessly with a Canon MP 620 Printer?

Thank you for your query

To share your printer you will need to do the following

1) On your desktop Click on Start>Control Panel>Printers and faxes
2) Right click on the printer in question and click on sharing
3) Put a dot in 'share this printer' and give it a name

This has now made your printer a shared one on the network

On your Laptops click on Start>Control Panel>Printers and faxes
2) Click on Add printer
3) On the resulting screen put a dot in the option 'A network printer, or printer attached to another computer'
4) Then follow through and the printer you named on your network

This will add the printer to your laptop and will allow you to print

Do the same for the other laptop

I hope this has been useful

Wireless printing impossible . How can I solve it?

Hi Paul,

Am sorry to be the bearer of bad news but your printer is not a wireless printer by default. If you would like to be able to print wirelessly and have a bluetooth connection on your laptop/desktop, you have the option of buying an adapter.

The HP bt300 wireless printer adapter uses Bluetooth wireless technology allowing you to print without using a cable. In general, Bluetooth wireless technology is a short range wireless technology that allows connection between devices without requiring a cable. By using your HP bt300, printing is possible from a camera phone, PDA, digital camera, or computer (currently to a computer using the Windows operating system only) to selected HP printers.

Unfortunately, this adapter runs about 145-153$ not including shipping or handling. Am probably giving myself a two star rating by saying this, but your best bet might be to just purchase a wireless printer. I have a wireless 3-in-1 (scan/fax/print) that I bought for about 120$ and it works like a dream. Check out your local Office Depot or Best Buy and take a look.

Hope this helps!

Can the brother mfc 7820 be used on a wireless network

So, you want to share a printer from a desktop computer to wireless clients. I am assuming you are using Windows XP on the desktop computer. If that is not the case, let me know if you cannot figure out corresponding steps for your operating system.

With Windows sharing, the first thing is to make certain you have all computers in the same workgroup and assign them different manes. To do this:

1. RIGHT click on 'My Computer' (either on the desktop if it is there or in the start menu).
2. Select 'Properties.'
3. Click on 'Computer Name.'
4. Click 'Change.'
5. In computer name, type a name for each computer (perhaps 'desktop' and xx-laptop, replacing xx with your initials); it doesn't matter what you put here, they just cannot be the same on any two computers.
6. Make certain the workgroup radio button is selected and type a workgroup name. The workgroup name must be the same on all computers to make this work easily. Anything will do. Common chioces are your last name, 'workgroup', and 'mshome'.
7. Click 'ok' and 'ok' and allow your computer to reboot if you changed anything. Remember to do this on the desktop and all the computers you are going to use the printer with, too.

Now, we need to set up sharing on the desktop. I am assuming that the printer works from the desktop without problem. You have probably already done the following, but check it to be sure:
1. Open the printer dialog (Start-->Printers and Faxes OR if that isn't there Start-->Control Panel-->Printers and Faxes).
2. Right click the printer you want to share.
3. Select 'Sharing'.
4. Assign a share name.

Finally, on the laptop you need to set up the printer:
1. Go to 'My Network Places' (one way is by opening 'My Computer' and clicking 'My Netowrk Places' at the left.
2. Select the name you gave to the desktop (if this is not here, we will need to troubleshoot other parts of your network).
3. The shared printer should show up.
4. RIGHT click on the printer and select 'Install/Connect'.
5. If it asks for a driver, provide the driver file.
6. Print something ;)

It is true the wireless upgrade printing kit will not be compatible with C1315 All-In-One Printer.
And also instead of going for a wireless upgrade printing kit you can buy a Wireless All-In-One printer for the same price and a new printer with a Year warranty as well, Check this link Bellow:

Good Luck
