Question about Computers & Internet
You need to reset the router. Push and hold the reset button atthe back of the router for 30 seconds and then release it. Turn off the router for another 30 seconds and switch it on again. Then try to open 192.168.1.1. If this also does not work then try to hard reset the router. To hard reset the router please follow the steps:
1. Push and hold the reset button for 10 seconds and turn the router off for another 10 seconds and then switch it on.
Repeat the above steps three times and then try to open 192.168.1.1. This time you will be able to open the router setup page.
