Looking for a foil replacement for a 370 Braun Travel shaver

Braun has made two different travel shavers with the model number 370. They do not use the same foils. The foil for the older version has been discontinued by Braun and is no longer available. The foil for the newer version can be found at shaveroutlet.com. See link below.

i dont know how to compose a complaint letter

Here is something that might help. Hope this info and sample help, thanks mike How to Write a Complaint Letter Include your name, address, and home and work phone numbers. Type your letter if possible. If it is handwritten, make sure it is neat and easy to read. Make your letter brief and to the point. Manual for Norelco 985RX Electric Shaver. Need to replace the rechargeable batteries.

I have successfully replaced the batteries two years ago in my Norelco 965RX shaver with two Rayovac AA Nicad batteries. Works as good as the original batteries. You must solder them in and solder a band (solder wicking works well) across the + and - terminals at one end.

I need to find a Braun shaver center in Seattle wherre I can buy a new power cord for the razor and the cleaner. Is it the same cord for both? Or do I need two different ones?

The same cord can be used to plug into the bottom of the shaver or the cleaning/charging stand. Only one cord is included when the shaver was new.
I can't tell you if you can buy thse items in Seattle, but I can show you where to buy on-line. These items are available at shaveroutlet.com. You will need your model or type number to select the correct cord

need spring that holds the head to the shaver and rubber cover that covers it.

On model 7775X the part you are asking about is not sold seperately. If yours has come off, it is because the plastic that holds it is broken. You will need to replace the head holder which includes this piece.
