Question about Ovens
I couldn't find an exact match for the manual, but I found a site that has some manuals that might be close enough to help you figure out the faded labels. Here's the site:
You mentioned that you moved to a unit...perhaps someone else there might have the same model and let you check out the labels.

Hello purrpplee - If the smell is coming out of the oven vent, more than likely it is something inside the oven that is creating the odor. Also, keep in mind that new cooking products can create a burning electrical odor when the bake and broil cycles are used as any residual coating or film on the oven liner and elements burns off. However, if odor increases consult a professional for an accurate diagnosis.
