U must go to the control panel - add/remove programs and uninstall the old one first.

Adobe acrobat pro XI update error

It is bug by Adobe Update Manager. no work need to fix it. Your installed software adobe acrobat pro xi is already updated, Adobe has fixed this bug in their next version which is Adobe DC version. Mostly that bug appears in volume based versions of Adobe.

I think you need to update your adobe flash player and Java. This is normal to have to update these programs to keep up with FaceBooks updates.
Let us know how it goes?
Thanks,

Adobe reader 8 I am researching a subject and I keep getting pop ups "Am invalid plug in has been detected by adobe reader (8) the program will close immediately" and it does. 1)why am I getting...

Hello
Just update your reader version to Adobe 10.1.1. It is now on air, and is for free. Get into by google search. You can see the download. It cannot be saved to anywhere, but can be installed by cliking "Run". Will take about half an hour to finish. The installation wizard is there to help you. It will replace your present Adobe-8 by Adobe-10.1.1
I've downloded the same a few while ago. Seems to be very very good than Adobe-9, I was using before. Check it. You will like it and can work with no more problems. OK.

I'm trying to download adobe flash player 10 and it wont work. it says installation complete and i still cant access bingo night live or pure play. there saying need flash player. was working fine before

Is your PC running with Win XP with Service Pack 2 or higher? Which browser do you use ( Internet explorer or Mozilla Firefox)
Check out the Add Remove Panel for the Latest installation of
1. Adobe Flash Player ActiveX
2. Adobe Flash Player Plugin

3. Adove Shockwave Player 11

Download it from this weblink: Flash Player

Also check this update for Microsoft

You need to uninstall Java and Adobe Flash Component from PC.

First, it is better to run in "Safe mode with Networking"; by pressing F8 key during Bootup.

After then, Uninstall Java, Then uninstall Adobe Flash component from the control Panel, then reboot PC.
Let me know after this if you are able to download and install the latest version of Java and Flash plugin from the link given:
Java Plugin
Flash Player .
And then reboot PC.
Let me know the status after it.

Regards,
Ellin

Acrobat.com won't let me uninstall

It's installed as part of Adobe Air or Acrobat Reader 9 upgrade. Try these steps to manually remove acrobat.com, which most people don't realize they are installing because Adobe went the route of SPYWARE. - http://kb2.adobe.com/cps/407/kb407354.html

Adobe Acrobat 8 error 2711

Sounds menacing but it’s fairly easy to fix.
Heres how to fix it:
  1. Download msicuu2.exe (Windows Install Cleanup Utility) from Microsoft, or by clicking on the file name.
  2. Run msicuu2.exe
  3. You will then get a message asking if you wish to roll back the in progress installation. You do.
  4. Install Adobe Acrobat or Reader 8.

Adobe’s more intrusive way of fixing it:
  1. Click Start>Run, type in regedit then hit enter or press ok.
  2. Back up your registry (not actually mentioned by adobe but a good idea whenever you’re about to make changes to the registry)
  3. Look for Key HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Installer\Inprogress
and delete the key if it exists.
  4. Install Adobe Acrobat or Reader 8.
