Question about NetGear WGR614 Router
Plug pc directly into modem (cable or DSL) power off both then on router first then pc on, this should tell you if you have a connection to internet (use cable) then reconnect lan cable from modem to router wan or internet port. restart all. should fix unless you have fixed ip, call provider if this doesn't work

Unplug for minute and then replug in
your router has gotten to many packets at once
if new to routers and this is the first one you want to setup network setup wizzard with router
