I have a tv set which doesnt work. when power on pilot light turns red then pressing the secondary power the pilot light turns green then turns red color immediately. it has a relay

Sounds like a power supply or switch problem.
Some switches have a brief contact made when turning on so this may be faulty or it could be the switch mode transistor that is borked.

When the occupancy switch model #IOS-DSIMF-WH is in auto-mode, and an additional light is turned off, will the switch turn on immediately or after a delay?

Try it and see what happens.
Occupancy switch turns ON immediately when receiving auditory or electrical signal depending on type of switch.
If you have the occupancy switch wired for 3-way, when more than 1 switch controls same light, then usually the wiring is set up so either switch can operate ... but if somebody just wired in occupancy switch and it was not set up for this specific application, then you have to try it and see what happens.

Wont switch on

Hi,
Better bring it to a technician to check if the problem is the FUSE or the UPPER LCD screen.
That parts if broken, the system will not start. It needs to be handled by experience technician.

Hope that helps!

Check the switch. It sounds like it has seen better days. Also check the wires on the back of the switch to see if they are shorting out. The problem is at the switch area. Good luck.

No video output from my computer.

Are you using an ON-board graphics adapter or a separate VIDEO CARD? Some motherboards lets you set the video output to "DISABLE ONBOARD GRAPHICS" if you have installed a video card (BIOS). You may have plugged the monitor cable to the onboard D-sub connection instead of using the Video Card D-sub connector.

Normally a flashing green power light means the input it receives from the video output is too much. You may have set the resolution too high or the bit depth too high. Consult the monitor manual on the rates it can handle. To be safe, try starting the computer on safe mode just to check if it is indeed the problem. If it boots properly and you can see your desktop, then there's a chance that the setting was too much for the monitor to handle.

Hope this gives you an idea.

Philips Freezer

I used to sell freezers.the green light tells you the mains is on and the freezer should work. The red light is to inform you the freezer is not low enough temperature, and the orange light is a fast freeze light to over ride the thermostat for use when introducing fresh food.It should not be used for prolonged periods as it may burn out the compressor although in your case you already have a problem and should seek advice or buy another freezer. If you get a cheap freezer thermometer it should confirm what I am saying.
