SOURCE: freezer cold but not fridge
too much ice bulid up will stop enough cold air being blown into the fridge.Try turning it off letting all ice melt then turn it back on again and set thermostat at a lower temp. There may be ice you can't see.

SOURCE: fridge does not get cold
I had the same problem. The problem was my freezer was not defrosting itself and for a while i opened up the back and manually defrosted the freezer with a hair dryer (to make it defrost faster) and lots of towels (to soak up all the water). I replaced the defrost heater in the freezer and no more problem. Go to searspartsdirect.com and put in your model # then look for the part. Hope this helps.

SOURCE: whirlpool freezer not freezing
The fan speed can be deceptive. That is why this problem is so hard to diagnose, when the fan starts to wear out the motor spins but not with enough force to circulate air thru the freezer and rrefrigerator. If you have the ability to swap out the fan motor then it should only cost you the price of the motor and components. Approx. $125.00 if you have the make and model you can go to appliancefactoryparts.com or appliancefactorypro.com to obtain motor and components, But if you have to get serviceman to replace fan it will cost you an hours labor also.

Ok, I realize I'm a little late on chiming in here, is this unit located in a slideout, and/or the top outside vent is in the wall not a roof located vent?
If so then the issue is that there are fans that are necessary to circulate air thru the hot coils. And there is probably a malfuntioning thermostat to turn these fans on/off. I had this issue with same fridge in a Gulfstream motorhome, and the temporary fix was to pull the faston connectors off the thermostat and tied them together with a 12V fuse, and taped it up with electrical tape to keep it from shorting on fridge chassis and parts. Replace the thermostat at your conveniance, as these fans are now running whenever fridge is on, and will run your batteries down if not plugged into shore power.

Daniel I will need to know if everything means the lights also and a double check of your model number. I I was not able to locate the model WRX42RWH6 in the US database. Also I want you to unplug and pull refrigerator away from the wall then remove the lower cover and feel the top of the compressor. I need to know if the compressor is hot, warm or too hot to keep your hand there. Also let me know if you are located in the UK or Canada. Check your circuit breaker and voltage coming from you outlet if possible. I need to determine if this failure is caused by a defective component on refrigerator or if possibly you have too many other appliances plugged in on the same circuit. This will cause the circuit breaker to trip especially if your refrigerator goes into defrost. let me know as soon as you can and I will stick with you on this until we find the answer, Thanks, John Tripp/AKA Sea Breeze
