Answer 1: Adjust the tint control towards the green. If that doesn't work, set it to the center then...
Answer 2: Find the red drive control and turn it down. We can't tell you how to do that without the model number. Look at a white area of the picture and adjust it so it is white.
If all is well, that is all you need to do. However, there are a number of failure modes that could cause this symptom; most of them would be on the red CRT driver board.
