The battery has aged, its voltage dropped and that has caused the memory chip to be undervolted which in turn has caused the corruption of the data stored in it. The first thing you should do is to replace(or recharge) them.
Now you need to reprogram it. The remote came with a disk. On that disk there is a program just for that - you must have used it when you have programmed the remote for the first time; if the program isn't installed anymore then pop the disk in and install it again.
Launch the program and connect the remote with the pc using the supplied data cable - the remote will be detected and the program will automatically connect with the monstercable.com site. Now all you will have to do is to select the devices that your remote commands - the codes for them will be automatically programmed in the remote.

Programming procedure is too much to type in here by this window, and is not practical. If you wish to get details; check the site linked here. It have set-up code list & set-up procedure to many popular brand remote controls. See it in "Mosaic" or "Magazine" view. It will make surf easier.

Trouble charging Monster MCC AVL300 battery

Had same problem, and others have as well. It's not the contacts, but the design of the cradle - the contacts on the unit don't even touch the contacts on the cradle. The only way we get ours to charge is to balance something heavy on top of the remote while it's on the cradle to force the contacts to touch. We use a vase that's on the coffee table, believe it or not.

Programming Monster Remote Control-XVL 300

Set-up (Programming) procedure is too much to type in here, and is not practical and it will differ brand-to-brand remote controls. If you wish to get more; check the sites linked here. The site has set-up code list & set-up procedure to many popular brand remote controls. The site has general set-up codes to check with TVs and other devices are given, in the order of the 'device's brand name list' in alphabetical order. Set-up code list to many brand remote controls also is given. Pull up older posts. Search the sites by type in the brand name to your device in its search box at the top right part of the display window. It will help you to find the document easily.

Programming Notes
• If your device does not respond to the remote after trying all codes listed or your brand is not listed in the code list, use the Auto Code Search method to program your remote.
• Sometimes the first code that "works" with your device may operate only a few functions of your device. There may be another code in the code list that performs more functions. Try other codes from the code list for more functionality.
This is a trial and error procedure; and quiet time consuming. You might have to check different codes said for your device.

I want to add an store email addresses on my xerox phaser 6115mfp

You need to use control center , which can be found at Xerox.com .
But here are the steps.
The MFP ControlCentre (MCC) provides an easy-to-use Graphical User Interface (GUI) that simplifies configuring the Phaser 6115MFP and managing fax directory lists from a computer over USB. The MCC stores configuration and setting information in a .dat file that is uploaded from the computer to the Phaser 6115MFP.

NOTE: It is also possible to save the .dat file to a directory on the computer.
To program dialing and enter recipient e-mail addresses using MCC:
  1. Click on the [Start] button, then point to [Programs], select [Xerox Office Printing], then [Phaser 6115MFP], and then click on [Xerox Phaser 6115MFP MCC]. The MCC window will be displayed.
  2. Click on the [Connect to Machine] button. 'Connection Status: Online' will be displayed in the MCC window.
  3. Click on the [Download] button. The current .dat file will be downloaded to the MCC.
  4. Click on the [Menu] button.
  5. Click on the [+] on the left side of the window to configure Speed Dial, One-Touch Dialing, Group Dial, and e-mail addresses.
  6. Enter the required settings, and then click on the [OK] button.
  7. When finished, click on the [Upload] button, and then click on [Yes] to save these settings to the Phaser 6115MFP.
  8. Click on the [Save] button to save the new .dat file to the computer.
  9. When finished, click on the [Disconnect] button.
