Most tankless heaters will normally restrict the hot water output in order to maintain a stable outlet temperature; however, this should only be noticed if you have several hot water fixtures open. If you are only seeing the problem when running a single fixture, then the problem is probably one of these items:

1) clogged aerator on your fixture - easily fixed by removing and cleaning the aerator with a pair of vice grips

2) clogged inlet filter for your tankless - the inlet filter is located on the incoming cold water connection. It has a black cylindrical cap. To remove it, make sure to first turn off your water to the heater and then unscrew the cap to remove the filter. Instructions can also be found in your owner's guide.

How can I increase the hot water pressure in my home?

Cold water pressure is what give you your hot water pressure so they should be equal but if you have a restriction on the hot side such as a valve not opening on the hot side or not opening all the way then you will have less pressure or the pipe work on the hot side is not proper. Hard to say but check the valve on top of the hot water heater

Low water pressure

Is the low pressure at all hot taps, or just some? Faucet strainers could be clogged. Hot water heaters usually don't have strainers, but check for something that could clog up.

Low pressure on hot water taps and showers

Many states building codes require a pressure regulator and expansion tank for hot water heater installation. Check the pressure regulator if you have one as this would only affect the hot water pressure. Adjust or replace. Rap the expansion tank like knocking hard on a door. Hollow sound is good. Dull thud means it needs to be replaced as it is filled with water.
