Question about Lexmark JetPrinter X1185 All-In-One InkJet
1. keep getting error msg that cartridge is installed wrong, but i had not changed them. have since removed and re-installed the same cartridges, yet still get msg every time i try to print.
2. have tried powering off printer, that did not solve error msg.
3. power light on printer flashes when turned on.
4. print queue has job that i was able to change the status from paused to cancel...but cannot delete it.
Step 1). Try cleaning the gold contacts on the print cartridge and on the printer itself with a pen eraser and a little alcohol.
Step 2). Uninstall the printer software and reinstall it.
Step 3). If the above two steps fail try a new cartridge. If none of these solutions work there is an electronic problem with the printer and it will have to be professionally diagnosed or replaced.

Hola soy luis tengo una lexmark x1185 y compre cartuchos nuevos y el ***** no me lo reconoce compre otro y tambien no lo reconoce queria saber que debo hachacer para que pueda funcionar
