Overheating problem


i would take a close look at the water pump
if the water isnt moving through the system it basically becomes a kettle
thats why steam comes out of the bleed nipple

Toro workman 3200 wont crank


Try a little starting fluid directly into the carb. If that works, then you have narrowed it down to a fuel flow problem. On mine, the fuel pickup hose cracked where it came through the gas tank. I replaced it and it fired up on the third pull.

Where can I buy Toro Workman 3200 carburetor?


go to Toro commercial service center. They are expencsive. I have the same set up as your workman for fertilizing and spraying. Where are you located? I am in Holland,, Michigan

Out of transmission fluid in my toro workman 4200 4wd


According to the service manual, the transaxle uses 8 quarts of DEXTRON III transmission fluid. It also is the source for fluid for the hydraulics.

Toro 20016 engine surges up and down - then stalls


You have carburetor problems. Chances are the diaphragm needs to be changed and the carb. needs a good cleaning. If you need tips on carb. cleaning, let me know.

sounds like it is "hunting". it is a fuel mixture issue.

Toro 6.5 hp 9 year old mower. Starts Ok; surges


Sounds like your carburetor needs to be cleaned out. The surging is usually a sign of running to lean (not getting enough gas) because of possible water, rust, gum, varnish or trash in your carb. Hope that helps.....
