"Lost" modem access code (by 2 users)

I am trying to access my SpeedStream 5100 modem, but an error message says the Modem Access Code is incorrect. I've had the modem for nearly four years and the code (yellow sticker on the bottom) has always worked. What now?

Apprenticego to dslreports.com, under forums see if there is a specific help for your telco or modem type. They are very helpful
