Firstly check whether your Canon HV20 camera supports mac operating system or not..if supports and you are facing problem go with windows operatins system

Yes..it's available from a reseller that works with Canon. If you can give me the actual model number from that unit, and perhaps a serial number, we'll be able to proceed.
OTOH, that question about the Canon and Final Cut, that's usual. Those folks don't even go to the same conventions or seminars.
