Question about Motorola Mobility RAZR V3m Cellular Phone
A few days ago the moutpiece on my razr stopped working. I talked with someone on the phone, no problems, the mouthpiece was working. Then, a half hour later, I called the same person back and he couldn't hear me. The mouthpiece has not worked since. Speakerphone still works, and so does my bluetooth headset. Is there any chance that this is not a hardware problem? Any suggestions?
This is a hardware issue and a known problem with this phone. It's a simple loose/out connection between your board and your mic. Your carrier should correct it if it's within a year of original purchase.
