Has the scooter been sitting unused for a while? If so, the charger may be showing full batteries but they have actually gone solid from improper maintenance and will no longer take a charge. If not, try checking the fuses to make sure they are not blown.
Good luck!

2009 451 Passion. Why a frequent dead battery?

That is definitely wrong, not normal. Voltage should stay at 14 volts or near that until the battery is close to fully charged, then will slide down to about 13.5 volts, and stay there while engine is running. Also, a fully charged battery should show about 12.6 volts at a minimum, especially a new battery.
I don't know what is going on with your system. Take it back to Merc- were they aware of how it is acting, voltage-wise? Doesn't sound like it. One small possibility: is your alternator belt not tight enough?

boost, hummmmm ?????????????
a charger with a boost button? (big shops have this)
or you mean jumper cable , jump started from a running other car?

my wild guess. is you always start fine, when jumper cable jumped.
this proves, the
battery in your car is BAD or is only discharged.
for 100 years now, same deal.
try a fresh battery off a good car.
works now, so ??? yours is weak or bad!

but started car , is the voltage 13.3. to 15v? a walfart $10 meter.?
no , then the charge system is bad (charge lamp on?)
note, i said system. not a specific part.

if the charge system is failing.?
  1. bad battery. tha'ts right alts do shut down with battery bad. (open or shorted battery)
  2. loose alternator pulley belt.?
  3. bad alternator wires. connections.? or bad battery cables.?
  4. scan the PCM most 2007 will report what is wrong with voltages and charge. scan it.
engine rpm way below normal at idle 800 is typ. good. 400 dead wrong.
battery cables bad.
battey cables lugs green with corrosion
someone put the minus cable far end to the wrong part>?
this minus cable has correct spot near the starter.
some fit to block others to stater , bolt or bell blots.
to frame is wrong, seen that , with lazy work.

I have a Samsung notebook np n135 for 2 years. I have replaced battery twice now and it doesn't hold a charge for more than one hour and dies. What else could be wrong with it?

If you leave the old type NiCad batteries on charge all of the time, they will barely last a year. Run the battery down at least once a month.

I have charging problems replaced alternator twice

Is your voltage regulator internal in the alternator? If not, you may try replacing that since it regulates the voltage being put back into battery when used by the car. Make sure there are no things remaining on when you turn vehicle off. An item that was installed by a third party like a radio or driving lights or similar stuff could effect the draining of a battery. If you replaced the battery, be sure you get one with the most cold cranking amps you can find. You may also install a voltage gauge in car to check your voltage as you drive your car. Cheap batteries that you may purchase are exactly that, cheap. Investing in a good battery can help and remember if it goes bad prematurely you can bring it back and get a pro-rated price return on it depending on the quoted months listing on it. For example a 72 month battery is suppose to last 72 months+ and can be returned or prorated towards a new battery. Alternators are also in this same type of group. You want to by a decent one because the cheap ones are bad. Many Autoparts stores will test both of these items for free for you. I suggest having one check those parts and that way your not replacing things that could possibly be still good. It could be something else completely causing the problem.

2007 Buick Lucerne will not start

sounds like someone needs a new battery..
if the battery will not take a charge, or jump start, it usually means the battery cells are either dry or unusable, replace battery and try again

It was left running all night and now its hard to stir, battery dies(but its good) and the belt has broken twice

If the belt is bad, the alternator can't charge the battery. I would get it started and take it to a parts store to check the charging system and battery. If the belt is installed wrong or is too tight, it will affect the alternator.

I have an 84 ford ltd crown victoria, charging ssytem wont charge my battery 4 some reason. ive already replaced the alternator twice, voltage regulator and the battery. cleaned the grounds, made sure all...

Dead cell in Battery? Take positive cable off battery while running and then it should stay running that mean the alternator is working. So you want to check battery out for dead cell in battery if that is the case it will not take a charge.

I have had the alternator replaced twice, but it wont hold a charge and keeps draining my battery. What else could be wrong?

First, make sure to check that the alternator is actually charging the battery. Then connect an ammeter between the battery lead and the battery (either one) and start checking for draw by removing fuses one by one till it goes away. Then go into that system to find the source of the problem. You did make sure that the battery is good?
