The wireless network on my Dell inspiron 6000 cannot connect to the wireless network at home. My other 4 laptops can and I have already troubleshot my network.
The Network card (ethernet) will not connect to my home network even wired directly to the modem.
Check to see if driver is installed. click the start menu, Right Click "My Computer" Click Properties, go to the "Hardware" Tab, click "Device Manager"and check under "Network Adapters" to see if your card is there. if not, there will be a yellow ? right beneath "Network Adapters", see if your card is there, if not, you can google search the name and "driver download" to get your PC the driver. After installing the drivers for it, restart your PC, and you should be good to go. Please Rate My Solution
Make sure that your network drivers and internet controller drivers have been loaded to our system besides that I dont know what else could be the problem unless you offer further information. thanks
